The Process

How Project Forge Works

Three steps separate you from a hot taco or a fresh-smashed burger. The platform handles everything in between so neither you nor the vendor has to think too hard about it.

01

Browse and Choose

Open the menu, see what vendors are active in your area right now, and pick what sounds good. Each item shows the vendor it comes from, the prep time, and the current delivery estimate.

No account required to browse. You only need to provide contact and delivery details when you actually order.

02

Vendor Prepares Fresh

Your order goes directly to the vendor's system. They prepare it from scratch — the same way they would if you walked up to the window. Nothing is pre-made or held warm.

Vendors have a short preparation window. Orders are timed so the driver arrives when the food is ready, not before.

03

Delivered to Your Door

A driver picks up the order at the truck window and brings it directly to your address. No stops, no bundling with other orders in a way that delays yours.

You receive a text notification when the driver picks up and again when they are close. Cash payment on delivery is accepted.

Vendor Information

How the Platform Works for Food Trucks

Vendors interact with the platform through a simple dashboard. Orders arrive in real time, preparation time is communicated to the system, and drivers are dispatched accordingly.

Simple Dashboard

A tablet-friendly interface shows incoming orders, current queue, and delivery status. Designed for a working kitchen environment where speed matters more than features.

Transparent Fees

Vendors see exactly what the platform charges before they accept any order. No hidden fees that appear at payout time. The fee structure is published and does not change without notice.

On Your Schedule

Vendors set their own hours and can pause delivery orders during rush periods when walk-up traffic is high. The platform adapts to how the truck actually operates.

Direct Support

Vendor support is handled by the same team that does vendor onboarding. When something goes wrong, you reach a person who knows your truck and your setup.
